Recruitment support process
With the Recruitment Service of 100% Japanese standard, we support customers according to the Process below:
Step1: Receive
Will & Way receive the recruiting request of the business through documentation or direct conversation. Will & Way can support and consult the employers to find out the most appropriate requirements for each job that the employer provided.
Step 2: Edit
From the requirements of the employer, Will & Way will edit and consult the employer to find out the accomplished job requirement with all the necessary information for the candidates.
Step 3: Search
The career advisors' team will discover the most suitable candidate with the requirement from the employer in the database of our company and the recruiting service of CO-WELL HR-TECH.
Step 4: Interview
Before interviewing with the employer, the candidate will do the personality test and ability test in the trial interview with the career advisors' team of Will & Way
Step 5. Nominate
Through the CV filtering process and direct interview, the candidate with the most suitable ability and personality will be nominated to the employer for the final interview before becoming the official employee.
Step 6: Exchange
All the responses and comments from the employer will be delivered to the interviewed candidate by the career advisors' team of Will & Way. Moreover, all the notification or appointment will be made by Will & Way.
